What happens next?


You will start to receive some emails from us one being a welcome email with useful information and one from GoCardless who is our direct debit company. If you complete  the sign up process by creating a GC account then you are all set.

Starter kit link is in the welcome email you have until the end of you trial month to purchase this.

Cancelation Policy

TATU Taekwon-Do memberships operate on a month-to-month basis, necessitating a one-month notice for cancellation.

​

In the event of non-payment of student fees, TATU Ltd reserves the right to deny training to the concerned student. Instances of bounced payments are subject to a £10 administrative fee.

​

Membership acceptance and maintenance are contingent on adherence to club rules and policies. TATU Ltd retains the right to reject or terminate memberships without refund in the case of policy violations.

​

Cancellation of membership mandates a written request sent to info@tatutkd.com. It is the responsibility of the student/parent to terminate the direct debit. TATU Ltd is not accountable for the refund of excess student fees resulting from student oversight and non-cancellation.
