Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations please tell us within 48 hours of the booking, otherwise, the booking fee (if charged) is non-refundable or transferable. In some cases, we may need to rearrange appointments if they have been booked on a seminar or competition day and evening classes are cancelled. If you are suffering from COVID symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has COVID please do not come to your booking and cancel with us ASAP.
