The Grading process consists of TWO parts. Both are mandatory.

PART 1 - 07 July - 19:00 FBC

19:00 Theory

20:00 Power test and other elements

PART 2 - 09 July - 11:00 FBC

Grading linework, Patterns, Kicking drills, Self defence and any other elements required for the grading.

It is mandatory to pass all the elements, and the theory paper requires a minimum of 60%.

When selecting the entry, make sure you select the current level.
