Tactical Edge Weapons defence Seminar

Our weapons seminar will introduce participants to the use of improvised defensive weapons. We'll look at how we can use some of the weapons skills found in the Martial Arts to allow us to use everyday items to defend ourselves. We'll also look at how weapons training can benefit our unarmed Martial Arts skills by improving cognition & co-ordination.
