Power breaking is a very important but often overlooked aspect of training. It's time to refine your breaking. A board break will give you an indication of technique, power and correct use of tools.
Breaking is crucial for the Black Belt grading. A failure to break the board in most cases will mean a failure. Learning the finer point will guarantee your chance of Black Belt success.
We will cover hand and leg techniques (including jumping and flying elements) – plus other useful information on equipment, conditioning and more.
