Mark Davies Adults & Teens over 13's Self Defence Seminar

Our Teens & Adults seminar will work through pad drills to develop striking & defensive skills specifically for Hoshinsul. We'll address 'soft skills', so you'll learn about the tactics needed for effective self defence; body language & pre contact indicators, set ups & 'sucker punches' (both how not to fall victim to them & how to utilise them), & we'll run through situational based training working against common scenarios.
