Competition and Development Sparring Session

Competition and Development training is a must for everyone who competes. These sessions are an addition to class sparring sessions with added focus on ring craft, counter and offensive drills and the fitness and protocols associated for competing. 

 As these sessions progress we will be selecting members to come and train with the squad, this is not for everyone so please don't feel bad if you are not selected right away you can still attend comps and show us you deserve as space on the team.  

To join our competition and development team all you need to do is have a full set of sparring kit, own a set of running shoes and the want to improve your sparring ability. We suggest that only Cadets and adults attend these session but juniors can attend with prior approval from one of the instructors.
