Learn verbal commands, evasion and body language for confidence.
Practicing releases, takedowns and striking. Engage in combative
pad work.
101 SELF DEFENCE 12 yr+
Strong and confident verbal commands. Refine evasion techniques.
Takedowns, precision striking, padwork. Panantukan, Hubud and
Flow Drills.
ADVANCED SELF DEFENCE 12 yr+
Ground defence techniques. Adrenalin stress session against full
contact body armour simulating real world self defence scenarios.
